What items are returnable?
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
Items must be in original condition.
Items must be unwashed and unworn.
Items must be in the original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Free gifts or promotional items.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no restocking charges for returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges to our warehouse.
How do I return?
Enter your order number and email address and click “Start a Return.”
Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you wish to return.
You will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Procedure to Return an Item
Pack Securely: Pack all returned items, along with a print-out of your purchase confirmation and a note specifying your RMA number, securely in a box.
Ship the Package: Visit your local post office or courier of choice. The return address for the package is:

Provide Tracking: Please provide us with the tracking number from the courier. You will receive automated email updates as your shipment progresses.
Final Confirmation: You will receive an email as soon as we receive the items and again when the refund is officially approved.
